
CAGAYAN de Oro police director Gerardo Rosales yesterday called Davao shooting suspect Lynard Allan Bigcas "armed and dangerous" even as he ordered local police units to watch out for the man who became known last year due to his alleged involvement in smuggling operations. Bigcas is being sought after in Davao for allegedly shooting lawyer Roberto Mauro Miguel Palma Gil, the director of the Housing Land Use Regulatory Board in Region 11, last Sunday. Senior Supt. Rosales said the Cagayan de Oro police has been alerted and officers were given orders to see if Bigcas has returned to the city. Bigcas, who hails from neighboring Talakag town in Bukidnon, had stayed in a house in Barangay Kauswagan that was raided by the National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) last year. Authorities had also raided his home in Talakag. The twin raids resulted in the seizure of many expensive Cars and motorcycles suspected to have been smuggled into the country. WILL HE CRY AGAIN?
