SHARIFF AGUAK, MAGUINDANAO-- "Recognize what is lawful and legal, give importance to your neighboring partners to be part of your good vision and mission for the people and humanities in general" an inspiring word from Shariff Aguak Town Mayor Bai Zahara Upam Ampatuan, al hadja during the town's "15th Renaming Anniversary" last February 2011.
Joining the Mayor in her caused were soldiers from the 1st Mechanized Infantry Brigade, Philippine Army led by Colonel Leodegario dela Paz, with its staffs Majors Anthony Samonte,Von Sumergido, Captains Donald Narreto and Joclyn Mangadlao.
Local PNP in town with its head SInsp Lino Capellan, Inspectors Arturo Rivera and Archie Pajaro with Municipal Administrator Cashmer Ampatuan and the contingents from IPHO-Maguindanao alongside with the People of said town.
Thousand of trees from the town's nursery were planted at the hilly portion of the town and the vicinities of the Town Hall building to alongside with the beautification and cleaning of the thoroughfares noting thereon a beautiful environment that will soon be seen in this town.
Of the five (5) day activity; Mayor Ampatuan seems to be tireless in facing her people, lightening to their problems, coordinating with the allies and on the 5th day she had almost give up on her tired and fatigued routines that made her on compulsory rest for a while.
Shariff Aguak image may had been tinted by some critics and pre-judging individuals but Mayor Zahara had always shown and was said to continue showing similar efforts to prove that she too aims for the best community and environment to live on and with the gestures of cooperation from her people and government allies such will be realized in time.
